About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Relief Teacher to work at various schools within and around Melton. As a Relief Teacher, you will be matched with schools that align with your skills, preferences, and availability, ensuring a great fit for both you and the schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and stimulating learning environment for students.
- Ensure continuity of learning for students in the absence of their usual teacher.
- Develop a stimulating learning environment by using various teaching styles and approaches to cater to individual learning needs.
- Supervise students in the playground, if necessary.
Requirements:
- Completed a relevant qualification in teaching and hold a current and valid Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references from within the last 5 years.
- Trained to teach English.
