About St Francis Catholic College
We are a co-educational, multi-campus secondary school seeking passionate educators to join our growing team. Governed under the authority of Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Limited (MACS), we provide a supportive environment for spiritual and academic growth.
Our new campus in Cobblebank opened in 2023 with an intake of 140 Year 7 students and will accommodate 1500 Year 7-12 students by 2028. Our exceptional facilities and secondary pathways will model our future growth.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic English/Religious Education Teacher for our Melton Campus in 2025. This is a full-time ongoing position with a competitive salary range of $78,021 – $115,737 per year.
The successful applicant will possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills in relating to staff, students, parents, and community members
- Highly developed communication, planning, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Appropriate expertise and experience in Teaching & Learning
- Demonstrated experience in leading best practice in people management and resource allocation
- Demonstrated ability to build capacity in others
Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education or relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to Catholic education
- Show an ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Create an engaging, educational, and challenging learning environment
- Be eager to learn and implement a differentiated curriculum using modern technology
