Job Overview

We seek a highly skilled HSE Manager to lead safe and compliant site operations across the Bowen Basin and Gailee Basin QLD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve HSE policies, standards, and procedures across the region.
  • Conduct incident investigations and provide root cause analysis.
  • Offer strategic HSE guidance to regional leadership and operational sites.
  • Foster a proactive safety culture among frontline leaders and personnel through coaching and development.
  • Deliver HSE training, conduct audits and assessments, and drive safety performance through data-driven insights.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with site leaders on emergency preparedness and response planning.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and represent the organization in relevant forums.
  • Manage health-related matters, including work and non-work-related injuries.
