About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team in Perth Head Office. As a key member of our Legal team, you will provide expert advice on corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contract reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the legal function across the business on a range of corporate and commercial matters.
  • Work closely with Senior leaders on strategic transactions for domestic and international operations.
  • Provide professional and prompt advice on all legal matters and guidance to the business.
  • Build and maintain relationships across the business in support of the legal department's interaction with other business units.

About You

  • Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree.
  • Current Australian Practising Certificate.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house role.
  • Experience and proficiency in corporate and general commercial law.
