Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to provide high-level business and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of key functions within the Student Wellbeing Support directorate.

This includes coordinating operational processes, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and supporting business improvement initiatives to achieve strategic objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in providing high-level business, administrative and operational support within a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to coordinate diverse tasks, manage sensitive information with discretion, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive effective communication and service delivery.
  • Sound data analysis skills and the ability to gather, interpret and present information to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing the development and implementation of a range of business initiatives designed to improve organisational effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Position is to be based from one of the following education office location options: Arncliffe, Campbelltown, Macquarie Park, Miranda, Nirimba (Quakers Hill), Ringrose (Greystanes), Riverwood, St Peters, Tuggerah, Warilla.
