Home Lending Specialist Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to deliver a superior experience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer service or sales, with a high level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations. They will also possess the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
  • Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals
  • Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and future ready your customers for financial success
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
  • Able to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and develop a holistic view of their situation
