  • Stay abreast of current trends and maintain industry networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Motivated and results-driven individual with a keen interest in agricultural production and technology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an agronomist, with a Bachelor of Ag Science or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in plant and soil nutrition for perennial and annual horticulture crops.
  • Strong relationships-building, negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, and familiarity with AgWorld (or similar platform).
