Position Overview

We are currently in search of a dependable, motivated, and skilled Mechanical Team Leader to oversee our maintenance division at InfraBuild Wire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan and resolve daily service operations
  • Offer guidance and training to the mechanical trades team
  • Maintain precise documentation of completed tasks
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Perform fitting tasks as necessary

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a Certificate III in Mechanical Trade is mandatory
  • Experience in supervisory roles with the capability to assign tasks
  • Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Experience with SAP systems
  • Strong commitment to safety and a proactive mindset
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid qualifications in Forklift, Dogman, EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces

Preferred Background:

While experience in heavy manufacturing or mining is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
