Position Overview
We are currently in search of a dependable, motivated, and skilled Mechanical Team Leader to enhance our maintenance division at InfraBuild Wire.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategically planning and addressing service operations on a daily basis
- Offering guidance and training to the mechanical workforce
- Maintaining precise documentation of completed tasks
- Ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards
- Performing fitting tasks as necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possession of a Certificate III in Mechanical Trade is mandatory
- Leadership experience with the capability to assign tasks effectively
- Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Familiarity with SAP systems
- A strong commitment to safety and a proactive mindset
- Exceptional troubleshooting and fault-finding abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications in Forklift, Dogman, EWP, Working at Heights, and Confined Spaces are required
Preferred Experience:
While experience in heavy manufacturing or mining is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
