Job Summary

About the role: The Schedule Development Manager works closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain best-in-class schedule management practices. This is a hands-on scheduling role working with various resources across the program, including engaged vendors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain schedule management practices in collaboration with key team members.
  • Work with multiple resources, including vendors, to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Resolve complex scheduling issues to achieve optimal outcomes and minimize delays.
  • Communicate clearly about project deliverables, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Challenge vendor variations and provide evidence-based prioritizations for decision-making.
Key Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling/planning management with a focus on technology vendors, including systems integrators.
  • Expertise in project methodology and scheduling dependencies.
  • Experience resolving complex scheduling issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Competence to analyze and challenge vendor variations.
