About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Service Representative to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Food and Beverage Supervisor in maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Assist with functions and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional member experience.
  • Fulfill daily food and beverage orders, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs as a true brand ambassador, embodying our values and mission.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage service, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Basic First Aid/CPR Certificate desirable.
  • Working knowledge of RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with members and colleagues.
