The Quality Improvement Coordinator will play a key role in driving continuous improvement and raising the bar for quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real impact.
This hands-on, on-site role involves rolling out and leading quality standards across the site, with the freedom to shape and improve processes that keep our products top-notch.
Working Monday to Friday from 1–9.30pm, you'll be part of the team that helps us level up how we do things – from reducing risk and driving continuous improvement to smashing our Right First Time (RFT) targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on one of our key Quality Programs
- Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), resolve customer complaints, and support new product development (NPD)
- Partner with the Factory to coach and embed best Quality practices across the board
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A background in Quality roles within food or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Solid experience in root cause analysis and resolving non-conformances
- Strong skills in spotting trends, analysing Quality data, and anticipating roadblocks
- A collaborative approach with great coaching skills to bring everyone along for the ride
- A genuine passion for raising the bar and driving best-in-class Quality standards
