Core Competencies

  • Lead project management and transaction execution on a daily basis.
  • Create presentation materials for client use, encompassing origination and execution.
  • Conduct financial and valuation analyses using diverse methodologies.
  • Oversee the development of detailed financial models.
  • Conduct research and financial analysis of companies, markets, and industries based on public filings and research reports.
  • Play a leading role in all stages of transaction execution, from the pitch phase to negotiations and closing.

Talent Development

  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Collaborate with other teams and offices.
  • Effectively manage junior team members on a daily basis.
  • Assist in the development and growth of junior team members.

Risk Management

  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with internal requirements and standards.
  • Adhere to highest standards of regulatory conduct and comply with external requirements.
  • Address audit and compliance issues related to the M&A business in a timely manner.
