Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Metals & Mining sector in the APAC region and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the M&A processes and associated legal and regulatory framework, as well as demonstrated experience within and understanding of the global Metals & Mining sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day project management and transaction execution.
  • Prepare presentation materials for use with clients, both origination and execution.
  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies.
  • Oversee the building of detailed financial models.
  • Undertake research and financial analysis of companies, markets and industries based on public filings, research reports and other sources.
  • Take a leading role in all stages of transaction execution, from the pitch phase through to execution, negotiations and closing.
Requirements
  • Highly experienced professional with a strong understanding of the M&A processes and associated legal and regulatory framework.
  • Demonstrated experience within and understanding of the global Metals & Mining sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
