Job Title

Key responsibilities include:

  • Structuring contracts that protect our interests while minimizing risk.
  • Coordinating with government agencies and stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Leading negotiations directly with landowners to acquire property for assigned capital projects.
  • Ensuring negotiation and settlement of claims for compensation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in land conveyancing, purchase contracts, and land valuation.
  • Considerable experience in high-level negotiation of property transactions.
  • Ability to establish and foster strong working relationships across managers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Effective communication using a broad range of methods; strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
