Expert Legal Support Required
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced legal professional to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services.
- Provide expert paralegal functions to support the efficient operation of key office operations.
- Act as a professional point of contact with staff and key stakeholders by responding to enquiries and providing information and advice in an effective and responsive manner.
- Assist with preparation of draft legal documents, correspondence, briefing notes and court materials.
- Undertake in-depth research tasks.
- Manage filing processes in Court.
- Maintain accurate records in legal information systems in accordance with policies and procedures and confidentiality/privacy requirements.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, consultation papers and other stakeholder engagement materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Provide general administrative support including coordination and minute-taking duties.
Key Qualifications and Skills
- That you are undertaking or have completed tertiary legal studies or have experience working as a paralegal or lawyer ideally in a litigation or property practice.
- You will take initiative pay attention to detail and work effectively as part of a team.
