Client-Centred Provisional Psychologist

We are seeking a skilled Provisional Psychologist to provide comprehensive, evidence-based assessments and interventions for clients across the lifespan.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation, and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.
  • Collaborate with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology.
  • Able to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist with AHPRA.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses is desirable.
  • Possession of a car and licence.
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
