We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to join our team at Milestones Dalby. As a key member of our centre management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
About the Role
- Lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment.
- Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role.
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
