Sterilisation Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our sterilisation services team, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the operation of this critical department. This position offers an opportunity to provide leadership and operational management to staff, supporting day-to-day workflow, and managing operational and workforce issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams effectively, ensuring continuous effective service delivery.
- Operate in accordance with standards of the Sterilisation Services Department and NSW Health Code of Conduct, demonstrating professional ethics.
- Develop policies and procedures, leveraging experience in managing staff within complex environments.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 4187 and Infection Prevention and Control principles.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or enrolled and willing to obtain, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated organisational and leadership skills, high level verbal and written communication skills, and experience in computer information systems.
