Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers.

Your main responsibilities will include promoting and expanding our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice, achieving and exceeding personal sales targets, supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met, and contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping.

This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a customer service environment who has strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with your customers. You should also have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
