The Construction Team Leader role is a pivotal position within our organization.

Job Overview

This position oversees the daily operations of the Construction Unit, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and coordinating with teams to meet project deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage construction team members
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and resources
Requirements:
  • National School Certificate or equivalent qualification
  • Suitable experience or completion of an approved course for supervisors
  • National Class C Driver's Licence or equivalent
  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (TCP)
  • SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card')
Desirable Qualifications:
  • First Aid Certification
  • SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (IMP)
  • Safe Work near Overhead Powerlines Certification
