Customer Journey Optimisation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and managing the digital backlog, prioritising initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and data-driven insights.
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative inputs (analytics, heatmaps, customer research, A/B tests) to define, validate, and iterate on digital product enhancements.
  • Managing experimentation, backlog grooming, change delivery, and continuous optimisation to improve traffic quality, conversion performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with engineers, designers, marketers, and fellow product specialists to align on roadmaps and bring initiatives to life.
  • Acting as the bridge between product and technology, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and keeping customer experience at the heart of every decision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience as a Digital Product Analyst or Product Manager, ideally on customer-facing websites or digital journeys.
  • Proven track record of applying agile and lean principles to initiative identification, delivery, and optimisation.
  • Advanced data literacy - ability to interpret web analytics, run A/B tests, and generate compelling, actionable insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and align across teams.
  • Background in digital-only or technology-driven organisations; experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Business, Technology, or a related field; CSPO or equivalent certification preferred.
