Our team is seeking a seasoned PHP Engineer to join us in rebuilding the backbone of an industry.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-impact platform that powers business processes for millions of homes and billions in funds. You will be part of a collaborative, product-focused group with the autonomy to move fast and the stability to do things properly.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with building and modernizing high-scale PHP-based systems, improving system design, and transitioning legacy monoliths into modular services. Proficiency in MySQL performance tuning and indexing, AWS, profiling tools, cloud build tools, and Karate testing is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and deploy scalable PHP-based systems
  2. Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cloud specialists across multiple squads
  3. Address platform challenges related to performance, scale, and reliability
  4. Write clean, secure, maintainable code focused on long-term quality

We are looking for a talented engineer who can contribute to our complex roadmap, including untangling 1,000+ APIs and reshaping the system. If you're passionate about solving meaningful technical challenges and contributing to rebuilding a system from the inside out, we want to hear from you.
