Your Role:

As a School Meals Coordinator, you will lead the daily operation of our hot meal program ensuring students receive nutritious meals in a welcoming environment.

You will work with school staff to support overall health and wellness of our students.

  • Design and plan healthy menus that meet dietary standards.
  • Order and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.
  • Prepare and serve one hot meal daily to students.
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure cleanliness in the kitchen and serving areas.
  • Collaborate with school staff to address dietary needs and preferences.

About You:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in food service or meal planning preferred.
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by relevant authorities.
  • Food safety competency/certificate.
