Job Description

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume catering in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP-based food safety systems.
  • Professional attitude with excellent personal presentation.
  • Strong team-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospital infection control requirements.
