Position Overview:
We are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled individual to take on the role of Housekeeping Supervisor. This position is crucial in ensuring that our housekeeping team maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, your duties will include:
1. Preparing daily reports detailing room statuses such as occupied, vacant, and out of order.
2. Supporting the Head of Department in enhancing team productivity and morale.
3. Ensuring departmental operations align with budgetary constraints.
4. Coordinating shift activities and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
5. Conducting daily briefings to communicate important information to team members.
6. Facilitating effective handovers between shifts.
7. Assisting in the creation of staff schedules while adhering to budget guidelines.
8. Participating in the recruitment and training of new team members.
9. Implementing training programs to enhance team skills.
10. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
