As a Conflict Resolution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert advice on conflicts of interest and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough conflict of interest assessments
  • Collaborating with senior practitioners to mitigate potential conflicts and information barriers
  • Evaluating prospective clients for reputational and financial risks
  • Supporting the review of contractual arrangements and advising on legal and commercial implications
  • Providing general legal support and assistance to the General Counsel and Risk Management team

You will work closely with experienced senior professionals who will guide and encourage your further learning and development.

This position would suit a lawyer with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience and relevant corporate, commercial, and/or compliance expertise. Your excellent analytical skills and high level of attention to detail are essential to excel in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong research abilities, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills.

Additional responsibilities may include:
