Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to participants to help them maintain sustainable employment outcomes
  • Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address workplace or personal barriers
  • Actively engage with local communities, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization
  • Monitor placement progress and outcomes and communicate any risks to relevant team members
  • Run and analyze participants' reported hours and income, supporting accurate reporting and compliance
  • Maintain clear and compliant records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support
  • Communicate proactively with team members regarding any job loss, potential job loss, or significant reduction in hours, and act quickly to resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers
  • Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail
