Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to participants to help them maintain sustainable employment outcomes
- Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address workplace or personal barriers
- Actively engage with local communities, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization
- Monitor placement progress and outcomes and communicate any risks to relevant team members
- Run and analyze participants' reported hours and income, supporting accurate reporting and compliance
- Maintain clear and compliant records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding any job loss, potential job loss, or significant reduction in hours, and act quickly to resolve issues

Requirements:
- Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers
- Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail
