Financial Systems Administrator Role

We are seeking a skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization by providing high-level support for ERP and financial systems.

Job Description:

The Financial Systems Administrator will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring ERP functionality, modules, and financial applications tailored to business requirements. This includes customizing existing solutions, integrating with enterprise systems, and ensuring seamless data flow to optimize performance, scalability, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing ERP solutions to meet business needs;
  • Providing high-level support for ERP and financial systems, including software upgrades, user assistance, troubleshooting, and bug resolution;
  • Maintaining robust data governance by enforcing relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Completion of a relevant degree with extensive experience in financial systems administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Demonstrated high-level expertise in enterprise financial systems and understanding of finance and payroll literacy and processes;
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, XLOne, ETL, SQL, Power BI) and Business Process Automation and AI Tools;
  • Experience managing system upgrades, testing, and change control processes;
  • Relevant experience in the higher education sector.
