We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the planning and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across APAC, providing consumer and market insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage high-level stakeholder relationships with internal and external partners to support the rollout and assessment of best-in-class shopper programs.
- Develop and execute shopper marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and conversion.
- Manage timelines and agency briefs.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of point-of-sale materials.
- Analyze campaign performance based on brand objectives to measure return on investment.
- Monitor competitor activity and category trends to inform marketing strategy.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
- 3+ years of experience in trade marketing or shopper marketing roles, preferably within fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with retailers or channel partners.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decisions and measure performance.
- Understanding of brand building fundamentals.
- Proven experience partnering with commercial teams to align activities with commercial objectives.
