Production Supervisor Job Description

The role of Production Supervisor is a key position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with strong operational, financial, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to ensure seamless operational performance, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
  • Manage site operations within defined cost targets, maintaining production efficiency and stock control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operations, meet strategic targets, and promote a culture of safety, performance, and accountability.
  • Oversee chip production, storage, and transport, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and supplier capabilities.
  • Closely monitor the value chain, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or forestry environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety management systems, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
