Production Management Role

We are seeking a talented individual to take on the position of Production Supervisor in our forestry and manufacturing operations.

This is an opportunity to lead and manage a team, driving business results through effective operational management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or forestry, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop performance objectives that align with the regional operational plan.
  • Recommend and support initiatives to improve operations and meet strategic targets.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external operational relationships.
  • Manage site operations within defined cost targets.
  • Maintain production efficiency, stock control, and quality standards.
  • Implement corrective actions when performance varies beyond expectations.
  • Oversee chip production, storage, and transport to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor the value chain to ensure alignment with supplier capabilities and customer needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) obligations and contractor performance.

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or forestry environment.
  • Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
  • Knowledge of safety management systems, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
