Quality and Practice Leader

As a Quality and Practice Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive quality, safeguarding, and practice excellence in disability and community services.

The successful candidate will work within our national Quality, Compliance & Risk team, ensuring alignment across states while responding to local requirements. Reporting to the Quality & Risk Manager, you will:

  • Partner with operational leaders to embed quality, safeguarding, and compliance standards into daily practice.
  • Lead internal audits, practice reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to staff to strengthen capability and ensure consistent application of policy and procedure.
  • Support incident reviews, risk escalation, and compliance reporting to meet regulatory frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
  • Experience in quality, compliance, or practice leadership within disability, aged care, or community services.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to engage staff at all levels.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and person-centred service delivery.
