About the Role

As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and guiding them to achieve exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth.

You'll work closely with our existing network to expand our reach and establish ourselves as a leading player in the industry. Your ability to communicate effectively, think strategically, and stay up-to-date with industry developments will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve set targets and objectives.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Property Services (Highly preferred).
  • Estate Agent License (Highly preferred).
  • Agent Representative Certificate.
  • Current Police Check Record.
  • Driving License and reliable vehicle.
