Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled healthcare professional to fill the position of Registered Nurse. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in a residential aged care setting.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in residential aged care, with a solid understanding of the current Aged Care Quality Standards.

  • Clinical services, care planning, reviewing, and assessing all aspects of clinical care
  • Providing safe and effective clinical care derived from evidence-based practice in line with scope of practice

This is a permanent part-time opportunity located at Midland Nursing Home.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

  • 1–2 years of experience in residential aged care facilities
  • Solid understanding of the current Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships and develop person-centered support tailored to residents' needs
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills including conflict resolution and supervision
  • Current AHPRA registration and valid work rights in Australia
  • Possess or be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
