Job Title: Support Worker

St Jude's Health Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to clients with psychosocial disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance with daily living tasks such as toileting, showering, dressing, cooking, and cleaning
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful professional relationships with clients
  • Assisting clients with social outings, shopping trips, and appointments
  • Liaising with families and representatives of clients as required
  • Promoting positive behaviors, learning experiences, and skill development

Requirements:

  • WA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proof of working rights – Passport or visa
  • Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • Previous experience working with clients who live with psychosocial disabilities
