As a Project Leader for Electrical Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management and completion of projects in a safe, efficient, timely and cost-effective manner.
This involves providing leadership and guidance to construction crews, coordinating day-to-day operations and managing budgets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing WHS, Environmental and Quality systems for the work group and subcontractors.
- Coordinate the works allocated and manage the overall performance of the work group.
- Plan, manage and complete projects that meet the required standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
This role requires working away from home on occasion, with overtime and travel allowances applicable.
Requirements- Leadership experience in heavy industrial electrical infrastructure construction projects is essential.
- Specific experience in substation and/or renewable project construction is highly advantageous.
- Hold a Current SA Electrical Trade Certificate and Current SA Electrical worker registration.
- Have a Current South Australian Drivers Licence.
- Overtime and travel allowances.
