About the Role
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and FMEA methodologies
  • Conduct manufacturing capability studies and in-process quality control
  • Implement quality in automation and Factory Of the Future initiatives
  • Design and implement inspection and sampling plans and techniques
  • Qualify suppliers through PPAP processes
  • Apply 6 Sigma tools and methodology for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with product design teams for concurrent engineering
  • Drive continuous improvement for new and legacy products
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and quality improvement
About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Total Quality Management and experience in manufacturing environments, supplier management, and interpreting standards and technical drawings.

They should have a solid grasp of statistical methods in quality and process capability, and be able to manage metrology equipment and calibration.
