The Role

We're seeking an Associate/Senior Associate level Commercial Lawyer who can:

  • Run matters independently with commercial precision
  • Supervise and support junior lawyers and paralegals
  • Meet targets and deliver results without excuses
  • Contribute meaningfully to the firm's growth and leadership
  • Step into equity discussions in the near future

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of high-value clients and matters, including commercial litigation, business disputes, construction law, and general commercial advisory. You\'ll have autonomy, but never isolation. You'll be supported by a strong operational team and systems designed to empower, not encumber you.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years PAE in commercial law (ideally with litigation and construction experience)
  • Track record of strong billables and client outcomes
  • Leadership capability – ready to supervise, manage, and guide
  • Performance mindset – not just wanting a paycheque, but a share in something bigger
  • Sharp commercial acumen and a results-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and willing to grow
