Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced automotive sales professional to excel in a collaborative environment that fosters extensive industry knowledge, outstanding sales and customer service, and leading expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement & Enquiries: Responding promptly and professionally to customer enquiries while actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Lead Management & Follow-Up: Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals.
  • Product Knowledge & Promotion: Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills to balance customer satisfaction with business goals.
