We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our team as a Boutique Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that involves overseeing all aspects of our flagship store's operations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the boutique, ensuring seamless execution of sales, visual merchandising, and stock management processes.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, while upholding brand standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Brand Standards: Uphold brand standards, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Support Functions: Support visual merchandising, stock management, and other operational processes to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
