Job Title: Boutique Operations Support

As a key member of the boutique team, you will play a vital role in assisting the store manager with daily operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Support store management with operational tasks such as rostering, administration, staff training, inventory planning, and problem-solving.
  • Motivate staff to optimize performance and strive for sales excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle staffing, escalations, and operational issues effectively.
  • Implement sales training and e-learning programs under guidance from senior management.
  • Assist with reporting, inventory management, and other business-critical tasks.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience in high-end or luxury sectors.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in staff management, leadership, and development.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Numerical and financial skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
