Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to take on a key leadership role within our organization.

The Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our therapists nationally. You will also play a crucial role in developing and implementing best practice guidelines and resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support Occupational Therapists across the country
  • Develop and implement best practice guidelines and resources
  • Provide expert advice on complex home modifications, assistive technology prescription, and NDIS assessments and reports
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • No less than 5 years of clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a community setting
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • A police check clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills, with attention to detail
