Insurance Claims Handler Needed

">About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer support office environment. As an Insurance Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to make a claim on their policy.

You will enjoy talking to clients on the telephone and have a positive 'can do' attitude to problem solving and solution finding.

">Requirements:
  • National 5 or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Experience in providing customer service or working directly with customers
  • Ability to work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Full time position with a permanent contract and benefits including 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays increasing with length of service.
