Cranbrook Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring compliance and accreditation.
- Lead and manage a team of personal carers, building capability and overseeing performance to deliver exceptional care results.
- Live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.
We are looking for a candidate with a positive personality, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care. If you have a kind and compassionate nature, excellent communication skills, and a responsible approach to work procedures, we encourage you to apply.
Essential qualifications include current registration with the NSW Registration Board, First Aid and CPR qualification, and fluent spoken English and literacy. Desirable qualifications include aged care experience, regulatory compliance and quality improvement experience, and experience with care planning and assessment.
