Cranbrook Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our premium aged care residences in Neutral Bay, Sydney.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. We are looking for Full Time, Part Time, and Casual team members who share our vision of providing the best possible care and lifestyle services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe and effective personal and clinical care to residents, meeting their individual needs and optimizing their health and wellbeing.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of Cranbrook Care's responsibilities under the Aged Care Act 1997 and the Aged Care Quality Standards 2019, ensuring accreditation at all times.
- Lead and manage a team of personal carers to deliver exceptional care, building capability and overseeing performance to ensure safe, efficient, and effective care delivery.
- Live the Cranbrook Care culture and work according to our values.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the NSW Registration Board
- First Aid and CPR qualification
- Fluent spoken English and literate in English
Desirable skills and attributes include aged care experience, regulatory compliance and quality improvement experience, and experience with care planning and assessment.
