Job Opportunity: Regional Crew Pathway Programs Coordinator

This role involves delivering the Screenworks Regional Crew Pathways Program, an initiative supported by Netflix.

We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the film and TV industry who can assist in securing work for trainees. The ideal individual will have a thorough understanding of contracting and employing crew, as well as the ability to provide guidance to early career crew members taking on their first jobs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing trainees and all aspects associated with their placements, including administration and maintenance of databases and inbound production resources published on the website.

  1. Delivering the Screenworks Regional Crew Pathways Program to ensure its success.
  2. Securing work opportunities for trainees within the film and TV industry.
  3. Maintaining databases and administering resources to support trainee placements.

Fundamental Skills: Strong knowledge of the film and TV industry, established contacts within the industry, and ability to contract and employ crew.
