About the Role
As a Trade Counter and Delivery Staff at Reece Group, you will play a vital role in supporting plumbers and other tradespeople with the products they need for building and renovation projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining a smooth-running branch, including undertaking pick packing and stock control activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Help keep the branch tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate
- Comfortable using a computer and willing to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
- Desire to develop your career within Reece Group
