Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Trade Counter team as a Plumbing Trade Counter Assistant.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and assisting customers with their plumbing needs. You will also be involved in various tasks such as pick-packing, stock control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced retail environment while working closely with plumbers and other tradespeople.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary ranging from AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Day-to-Day:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer queries
- Assisting customers with their plumbing needs and answering product-related questions
- Pick-packing, maintaining stock levels, and performing other inventory management tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development programs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- A clean, valid driver's license and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
