This role is perfect for those passionate about hospitality, skilled in bartending and eager to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional food and beverage service, focusing on bar operations and general dining areas
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee and cocktails, showcasing your barista or bartending skills
  • Assist in maintaining and setting up the bar, dining and service areas
  • Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements
  • Must be flexible as we have various shifts available

More About You
  • Previous experience in food and beverage roles in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Approved Managers Card (Team Leader position only)
  • Food Safety Certificate
  • Skilled in bar operations, including cocktail preparation
  • Well versed in coffee making or with barista experience
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experience
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster
